2 peeled and cut medium carrots preferably organic

1 lemon juiced ( organic)

ice cubes ( optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Blend all ingredients until smooth

If you prefer a smoother juice you can strain it ( optional depends on your texture preference)

Drink daily for 3 consecutive nights following a light healthy diet
