Subluxations are caused by macro stress or macro external forces. For example sports,  falls accidents and other traumatic injuries. Then you have micro stress stressors which are repeated movements that gradually wear down your body parts. Bad posture. Dental work. And the big one emotional stressors! Emotional stress stressors are the number one cause of the vertebral subluxation!! And emotional events like an IRS audit or a marriage that’s dissolving or a child that has a diagnosed illness shut down the nervous system and causes a vertebral subluxation complex. A huge emotional subluxation is fear.
