The Bellomo Chiropractic IPod Touch Giveaway

If you have an IPod Touch, you love it. If you don’t, you may not know what the fuss is all about.
In short, an IPod lets you carry 1,000 of your favorite tunes along with you. If you are near a WIFI hotspot (and there are more and more of them available in Malls, Libraries, Coffee Shops, etc.) you can check your Internet mailbox, update your blog, catch up on Facebook or Twitter, check the weather report or get the latest news with a touch of your finger. No wonder they are so popular.
As with most things, we are finding that they must be used responsibly. Sitting too long looking down can have disastrous results on your neck alignment. Make sure you take breaks to look around. Periodically lift your IPod, Phone or other Texting device so that you move your neck. Limit the amount of time you use it. We’ll have more to say about this in a future post.
