High Blood Pressure?
Everyone seems to be worried about their blood pressure. It’s one of the first things your doctor checks and one of the things most likely to be medicated for. Unfortunately when you ask why your blood pressure is rising, you will probably told they don’t know or that most people have trouble with it as they age. Diet has a lot to do with it but avoiding salt is not necessarily the answer.
Did you know that using fructose as a sweetener has been linked to High Blood Pressure? Much of today’s processed food is sweetened with High Fructose Corn Sweetener. The food producers love it because it is cheaper to use than sugar. Unfortunately your body doesn’t know what to do with it and tries to bury it in your fat cells making you susceptible to both weight gain and high blood pressure.
If you or someone you love is suffering from high blood pressure, check the labels on the products you buy for high fructose corn syrup and eliminate it from your diet. It could be one of the keys to restoring your health that you have been looking for.
